Work With Me
Coaching For Transformation
Coaching is a space to slow down, think clearly, and move forward in a way that is honest and aligned with what matters most to you. As a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator with experience coaching couples and individuals across a variety of life contexts, I work with people who are seeking clarity, alignment, and a wise next step.
I completed the Advanced Certificate in Transformational Coaching (ACTC) through the Global Center for Coaching (GCC), an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level-2 accredited program. This training continues to shape how I offer coaching that is ethical, reflective, and client-centered. My next step is pursuing credentialing with ICF.
With over 120 hours of coaching experience, I have worked with individuals, couples, students, marketplace professionals, and ministry leaders. Together, we have navigated transitions, strengthened relationships, clarified direction, and made thoughtful personal and professional decisions.
If you are considering beginning coaching within the next 4–6 weeks, the first step is a Discovery Call. This is a brief, focused conversation to discern whether coaching is an appropriate fit for your current season.
If we decide to move forward, coaching begins with a focused four-session engagement designed to build clarity and steady movement around one meaningful area of growth.

WHAT COACHING IS
Coaching is a collaborative, reflective relationship that helps you think clearly, discern responsibly, and choose your own next steps. Unlike counseling or mentoring, coaching does not center on advice or instruction. Instead, it involves careful listening and thoughtful questions that help you hear your own thinking more clearly.
In this context, “transformational” refers to meaningful, gradual change that unfolds through increased clarity, alignment with your values, and a growing ability to act with intention over time. Coaching supports the conditions that often lead to progress rather than promising specific outcomes.

You may benefit from coaching if you are:
- Feeling stuck or uncertain
- Trying to determine a wise next step
- Navigating a transition in life, work, or ministry
- Seeking greater clarity in a decision
- Wanting to grow in a relationship
- Desiring change but unsure how to proceed
This work is best suited for people who are willing to engage actively, reflect between sessions, and take responsibility for their decisions.
WHAT COACHING IS NOT
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or pastoral care. It does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, providing expert advice, or offering spiritual authority. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or other professional services.
If you are experiencing acute mental health distress or crisis, therapy or counseling is likely a more appropriate first step than coaching.
THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP
A coaching relationship is grounded in mutual trust, respect, and confidentiality. The focus remains on your well-being, growth, and capacity to make responsible choices.
Learning is central to coaching. At times, this may involve noticing patterns or assumptions that no longer serve you. Growth is rarely linear, but steady, thoughtful movement tends to be more sustainable than quick solutions.
I hold coaching conversations confidential and follow the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics.
I am a Christian. My faith shapes my values and worldview. You do not need to share my beliefs for us to work together, but this is an important part of who I am and may help you discern whether this partnership is a good fit.
During a typical one-hour session, most of the time is spent in focused coaching conversation, with space at the end for reflection and integration.
If this approach resonates, you are welcome to take the next step.
